Rear seat removal is pretty much the same for most cars. Lift the front of the seat straight up. Once any clips have cleared pull the seat forward (toward the front of the vehicle) and lift it out. Having a convertible makes the job much easier.
Seat back removal can be a little tougher but usually involves loosening bolts at the lower end (hidden by the seat cushion) then lifting up and out.
Essentially you simply lift the rear cushion in front , then pull forward and remove the seat. The seat back is
secured by two bolts on the bottom that you'll see when you remove the bottom cushion. Remove the
headrests (2 bolts) and assorted clips.
The detailed further procedure is mentioned below:---
REMOVAL
HINT:
• The installation procedures are the removal procedures in
reverse order. However, only installation procedures
requiring additional information are included.
1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
(a) Pull up the 2 front portions of the seat cushion, then
remove it.
NOTICE:
The cushion frame deforms easily. To avoid
deforming the seat cushion, place your hands
near the hook.And then pull up on the seat cushion. Do the same
for the other hook.
2. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST PLATE COVER
(a) Using a screwdriver, disengage the 4 claws and remove the plate cover.
HINT:
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
3. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST PLATE
(a) Remove the 2 nuts.
(b) Disengage the 6 claws and 2 clips. Then remove the plate.
4. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
5. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER LH
(a) Using a screwdriver, disengage the claw and turn over the cover.
HINT:
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
(a) Using a screwdriver, disengage the claw and turn over the cover.
HINT:
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
(b) Remove the screw.
(c) Using a screwdriver, disengage the clip and claw.
Then remove the belt cover.
HINT:
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
6. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER RH
HINT:
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.
7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 2 bolts and 2 rear seat outer belt
anchors.
(b) Remove the 2 bolts.
(c) Remove the seat-back.
8. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK WIRE
(a) Remove the 2 bolts and seatback wire.

TO remove rear headrests:---
They can be removed.
REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST PLATE COVER
a. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 4 claws and remove the plate cover.
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST PLATE
a. Remove the 2 nuts.
b. Disengage the 6 claws and 2 clips. Then remove the plate.
