How to replace Rear Motor Mount.
The part is just bolted. You need to unbolt the bolts to easily remove the rear motor mount. Its a two part assembly.
The lower sub frame/engine cradle and cross member that goes from the left control arm to the right control arm has to be removed. There is also a front to rear sub frame assembly that comes out with the lower control arm/engine cradle assembly. Normally what most professional and experienced mechanics do is disconnect both ball joints and unbolt all of the supporting bolts that hold these two pieces together and lower them down as assembly.
The piece that runs from front to rear is only bolted to the main cross member that goes from the left side to the right side. This is a fairly heavy job to do at home on jack stands.
This details will help.
Thanks.

They are not welded together. They are 2 pieces and bolted only. See the helpful diagram shown below:----
