Its a common issue, noticed many a times. After disconnecting or replacing battery. This problem starts. The System gets reset and Vehicle will not hold Idle.
In this case the Throttle System needs to be relearn.
This is a common problem. It will eventually relearn but takes forever. There is a TSB to address this issue. Remove the intake boot to the throttle body and clean the throttle plate and bore with carb/choke cleaner and a clean rag. The carbon and varnish build up crews up the drive by wire idle setting. Once clean remove the cable one more time and then reattach and you should be good to go.
This details will help.
Thanks.
