2003 Lexus RX300: Rear Main Seal Leaking?

First of All See whether timing belt is replaced on time or not.

This engine uses a timing belt configuration. The timing belt will be due at 90,000 miles. If your Lexus is driven more miles. Then you should replace the timing belt It should be replaced if it has not been done so already. About the Rear main seal leaking,There have been issues with the rear main seal on the engine for this particular model Lexus. Do not attempt to put any additives or stop leaks in the engine oil. This will damaged and cause other issues with the engine. The only way to fix this is to replace the rear main seal. This problem is noticed by other Lexus users too.
Normally pull the transmission/transfer case if it's four-wheel drive. Some guys pull the engine.
This details will help.
Thanks.
