Brake pedal getting very soft and loose while driving. The Brake pedal feels spongy.
Basically inspect the brake line.If there is air trapped in the line, then bleed the air from brake lines.
The first place to start is make sure the rear shoes are not out of adjustment then check the parking brake cable and make sure it is not frozen and holding the shoes out. The check the front calipers and make sure there is no rust on the pads so they are binding in the calipers/holders. Then bleed the equalizer valve on the frame rail to make sure no air is trapped in there.
Inspecting and following this details will help.
Thanks.
