2003 Toyota Camry: Fuel not flowing to engine?

The car dies, due to low battery charge. After jump start the car started, but fuel not getting to engine. The gas pedal is pressed hard, but no fuel getting or flowing.

This can be faulty fuel pump issue. But in many cases it is faulty Gas pedal controlling fuse.

More than likely they blew the ETCS fuse. This fuse it will be either a 10 amp or 15 amp fuse and is located in the fuse box under the hood along the driver side inner fender. This is the main power supply for the drive by wire throttle motor. If this vehicle was inadvertently jumped backwards you may have blown other fuses also. You should test all the fuses to make sure everything is working correctly.

This details will help.

Thanks.
